Apple’s latest offsprings were introduced back in March 2016 and while there were mixed reactions over their newest smartphone (read everything you need to know about the iPhone SE here), no one can deny that it is now the most affordable iPhone on the market with the latest hardware that packs a punch—despite lacking the ‘wow’ and ‘new’ factors. After first launching in a handful of countries such as the United States and Singapore, the iPhone SE is now finally heading our way.
Local Apple authorised resellers Mac City and Switch have recently revealed that the iPhone SE will officially hit their shelves (both online and at their outlets) on 13 May 2016 in their Facebook posts. Both stores do not currently take pre-orders but have mentioned that more details will be announced before their launch date. As for the pricing of the phones, Mac City commented that it starts from RM1,949 which would be the 16GB option.
If you’re looking to get it in a bundle plan, all four big local telcos have confirmed they’ll be offering the phone on contract but only U Mobile has unveiled their iPhone SE bundle which will be available from as low as RM705 and from 13 May onwards.
