Discover the Awakening of the Dragon at Resorts World Genting this Chinese New Year

In Chinese culture, the dragon symbolises great power, luck and strength. As the only mythical creature among the 12 Chinese zodiacs, it holds special significance to those celebrating the Lunar New Year. With that in mind, Resorts World Genting (RWG) invites you to usher in an auspicious Year of the Dragon with a bounty of activities and attractions across its resort.

From dragon-inspired festive processions to a dazzling entertainment lineup, here are seven highlights to embrace joy, prosperity, and abundance with your loved ones at Resorts World Genting from now until 25 February 2024!

1. Garden of Prosperity

When: Now until 25 February 2024

Blooming over the golden centrepiece is a giant Chinese lantern surrounded by fairy lights and cherry blossoms, setting a majestic backdrop for your festive OOTDs and photo mementos with family and friends.

Visitors will also get to meet and greet the adorable Genting’s Highland Heroes in Chinese New Year-inspired garb. What’s more, Choy San Yeh (the God of Prosperity) and The Fairies will be making special appearances at the atrium from 9 to 18 February to spread cheer and blessings.
