The rumour mill on the royal couple’s pregnancy was quick to spin last week when Meghan Markle arrived at Princess Eugenie’s wedding in a lovely and somewhat conservative outfit choice of a long, loose-fitting navy coat by Givenchy. Turns out, the buzz is true!
As the Royal Highnesses touch down in Sydney Australia for their first official tour, Kensington Palace announced the joyous news on social media with the following statement: “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019.
“Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”
