4. Cirque Fitness Studio Grand Launch at Verve Shops Mont Kiara, 10am - 4.30pm, 24 Nov 2018

The guys behind Tribe Boxing Studio is launching yet another kickass gym called Cirque where the signature class here, instead of boxing, is a full-body workout that incorporates elements of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), athletic training, and teamwork functional training. This is your chance to check it out and try the class as well as a host of group fitness challenges. In addition, F&B will be served and there will be other fun activities and performances such as jugglers and tarot card reading. The best part is: All ticket proceeds will be donated to charity organisation TNRM Malaysia (Trap - Neuter - Release - Manage).

5. Picha Special: Pop-Up Cafe at 1st floor @ DC Mall (next to FlyProject), 10am - 9pm, till 30 Nov 2018

Dedicated to helping refugee families in need, social enterprise Picha Project should be a familiar name by now. The cause has inspired and helped many, to the point where it has grown to launch its first pop-up cafe, serving the best of their kitchens from Syria, Afghanistan, Myanmar and more. They'll also have Weekend Specials where you can try their Christmas menu which includes Middle Eastern Spiced Macaroni and Pistachio Cake

6. Flow Strong at The Flow Studio, 3.30pm - 5pm, 24 Nov 2018

One of the hottest studios in town is hosting a Masterclass weekend featuring William Wong, a visiting senior instructor from Humming Puppy Melbourne. One of these sessions is Flow Strong, an intermediate vinyasa flow masterclass designed to build strength, create flexibility and inspire play in the body and mind.
