7 Things to do in the Klang Valley this weekend: 26 & 27 August 2023

Can you believe we’re heading into the final week of August already? Although we’re having a hard time believing it, we’re still making sure we spend our weekends wisely to create some of the best memories this month! Here are seven things you can do this week:

1. EXPLORE JD SPORTS’ HOODRICH STREETWEAR COLLECTION

Hoodrich is finally available in Malaysia! JD Sports has collaborated with the UK-born streetwear brand for an exclusive collection that signifies the essence of street culture. More than just a brand, its pieces take inspiration from music, sport, fashion, and film while weaving real stories that resonate with real individuals.

The debut collection has caught the eye of local creatives who have integrated the collection into their artistic expressions. It also aims to elevate and celebrate the essence of authenticity and self-expression into new heights.

The Hoodrich streetwear collection is available in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. To explore the full collection, click here.

The innovative appliance redefines the role of a water purifier by combining advanced purification technology and aesthetics that seamlessly blend into the home. 3. SIP ON COCKTAILS ON TAP BY TAP TAP X DISSOLVED SOLIDS

If your idea of unwinding on the weekend involves a round (or three) of cocktails, then check out the new offerings at Tap Tap’s Hartamas outlet. The team has partnered with Dissolved Solids to introduce three creative, refreshing and original cocktails on tap: Dhalia (a blend of tequila, Campari, elderflower, orange and lime); Sakura High (consisting of gin, peach, flower blossom and lemon); and Chiffon Fizz (a mix of rum, Dom Bénédictine, pandan, pineapple and lime).

Aside from these drinks, the flagship outlet has also unveiled its latest Season 5 Cocktails on Tap menu that offers accessible, affordable, and convenient libations—perfect for a casual hangout with friends. Meanwhile, those who prefer to bring the party home can purchase the Tap & Go canned cocktails!
