The pandemic has changed the way we work, and with most industries adapting successfully to a remote style, many questions arise: What is the best work model and is ‘distributed work’ here to stay. Vitra Sessions is a series of short digital events to discuss space (offices, home and public areas) and its evolution. The first session, ‘Distributed Work’, brings together designers, thought leaders and innovative organisations as they share alternative points of view on this based on studies, best practices and recommendations.

2. Four Hands Supper Club at Quan’s Kitchen

If you’re bored of cooking at home or ordering delivery, check out this limited-time chef collaboration series. This week sees Executive Chef Gerald Chong of Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown, play host to Chef Kelvin Wong of Jing Ze, where the menu highlights the beauty of Asian flavours and local ingredients. The five-course menu will have you savouring dishes such as Roselle Chicken Liver Parfait, Tamarind Glaze Duck and a delicate Asian-inspired Asam Boi Tart.

If you can’t make it for March 11 and 12, fret not, as March 25 and 26 will see Executive Chef Lim Heng Kit of Neighbourhood Restaurant Group (Li and Provisions) take over the reins. Expect mouthwatering items such as Fish Umai, Smoked Morten Bay Bugs, Daging Bakar Percik, Sous Vide Mandarin Chicken, and Duck with Heirloom Ulam Rice.

The new Nespresso World Explorations coffee range takes inspiration from six cities’ coffee culture and traditions: Shanghai, Buenos Aires, Tokyo, Vienna, Stockholm, and Cape Town. While you can enjoy the capsules in their rich and aromatic Lungo style, you can also have a little fun with them by trying out Nespresso’s creative recipes. Hint: One of the recipes uses a cucumber slice and yuzu peel.

Find the recipes here.

4. Have Taf Meals plan your day’s meals—it’s delicious and nutritious
