3. Mercat Paella Competition 2020 at Mercat Barcelona Gastrobar Mont Kiara, 12.30pm - 4.30pm, 14 March 2020

If you have never witnessed a paella cooking competition in person, now's the time. To be held at the 1 Mont Kiara outlet, four previous winners will battle it out for the top prize. Executive Chef David and guest chefs will judge the competition. You will also be able to vote for your favourite! The contestants are—Jordi Pol (2016), Rico Timani (2017), Juanjo Moreno and Alain Gerbeau (2018), as well as Nacho Perez and Laura Aguililla (2019).

4. Shiok Super Weekend at DoubleTree by Hilton KL, 12.30pm - 4pm, 14 & 15 March 2020

5. Try Ili Sulaiman's special edition flavour at Kind Kones, 14 & 15 March 2020

This year, Kind Kones has collaborated with celebrity chef, Ili Sulaiman, as part of their Unstoppable Women campaign. Kampung Snickers is a flavour that's created using a chocolate peanut butter ice cream base with toasted peanuts and a sticky coconut caramel swirl folded in. Each scoop is priced at RM13.80 while RM2 from every sale of Kampung Snickers between 8 March to 8 April will support Seed Malaysia. This flavour is available at all five Kind Kones outlets.

6. Live music by The Big Band at Marimbar PJ, 9.30pm, 14 March 2020

This Saturday, check out the highest rooftop bar in Petaling Jaya for live performances from The Big Band—a group with almost 22 years of experience. Formed in December 1998, the group is led by Gareth Cheow and plays almost all genres.
