1. Hatha Yoga Community Class at lululemon KL, 9.30am – 10.30am, 19 May

lululemon is back with their community classes and this Saturday features Cindy Huang who will take you through a strong steady flow with a focus on strength, openness, awareness and breath.

2. Pink Bake Sale at Menara Ken TTDI, 10.30am – 3pm, 20 May

 

Prepare your sweet tooth as some of the city’s best bakers, patisseries, ice creameries and food creatives are coming together with their delicious sweet treats. What makes it better is that part of the proceeds from the event will go to charity.

3. Sunny Side Up Market: Raya Edition 2018 at Slate @ The Row, 3pm – 10pm, 18 – 20 May

More than 35 homegrown businesses and brands will be in the spotlight at this weekend’s Sunny Side Up Market. They include Alia Bastaman, Nelissa Hilman, Yoke & Theam and more.

4. Doggy Adoption—#AdoptDontBuy at The School @ Jaya One, 11am – 6pm, 20 May

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is co-hosting a dog adoption drive so if you’re looking to add a furry friend to your family, why not give a rescued dog a second chance at life?

5. Fly with LayGaik at Lorna Jane @ Pavilion Elite, 10.30am – 11.30am, 20 May

This community class with yoga instructor LayGaik will show you how to balance on both your hands and “fly”. Light refreshments will be provided.

6. Try Miyazaki wagyu beef at The Olive @ Genting Grand

Kobe wagyu is often held in high regard but there’s another beef that tops it—Miyazaki wagyu from Kyushu. Awarded as the champion of Japan’s Wagyu Olympics for three consecutive tournaments since 2007, it’s now available at The Olive which has been given the title of the first official Miyazaki restaurant in Malaysia. It’ll be served as part of the a la carte menu, priced at RM450 nett per 150 grams.

7. Gather your friends for Whisky Gives Back Charity Auction 4.0 happening on 23 May at 6.30pm

Held at The Whisky Bar in conjunction with World Whisky Day, there will be 31 bottles up for auction and all the funds raised will go to the Persatuan Insan Istimewa Cheras Selangor.
