Fitted with a sportier silhouette and sports car-like performance figures, the E 300 AMG Line takes over from the E 350 e plug-in hybrid and joins the existing E-Class family.
2. THE SPEED
Sporting a four-cylinder petrol engine, the E 300 AMG Line delivers a maximum torque of 370 Nm and a top speed of 250 km/h. Paired with a 9G-Tronic nine-speed torque converter automatic transmission with Direct Select shift paddles, it can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.2 seconds.
3. THE HIGHLIGHTS
From the panoramic sliding sunroof to the Nappa leather upholstery to the Parking Pilot that’s complemented with a 360-degree surround view camera, the E 300 AMG Line promises the ultimate comfort zone within it.
4. THE TECH
Comand Online will settle most needs, be it infotainment, navigation or communication, especially with the combination of the 12.3-inch high-resolution media display and the touch-sensitive Touch Controls on the steering wheel. It supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. What would be even more appreciated, however, is the intelligent design of the Multifunction Telephony, which allows mobile phones to be charged cable-free while connected to the vehicle’s exterior aerial.
5. THE PRICE
The E 300 AMG Line is estimated to be priced at RM388,888* (0% GST). Deliveries of the vehicle will commence between mid- to the late-third quarter of 2018.
