HIIT2fit launches Total Tone, a fitness project for a good cause

On 5 August, HIIT2fit launched their inaugural Total Tone project. The 10-week project sees 15 women partake in a fitness programme that includes 4 Total Tone classes per week at HIIT2fit, active recovery sessions, outdoor activities, as well as pre- and post-project body assessments.

Lead by the team at HIIT2fit, the programme will also educate women on healthy diet practices with the help of project partner Amazin’ Graze. The ultimate aim of Total Tone, after all, is to empower women with the know-how to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle for a lifetime.

Total Tone is a fitness transformation project that not only inspires and educates women to live a healthier, active lifestyle, it also aspires to help those in need—30% of the revenue from the project is donated to Women’s Aid Organisation, an NGO and advocate for women’s rights that provides shelter and counselling for women survivors of violence.
