The savoury offerings include the Salmon Timbale layered with mango, avocado and tomato topped with caviar and Sencha pickled ginger; an Almond Crusted Tiger Prawn that is infused with Almond Tea, Sriracha chili and Parmesan crisp; and our personal favourite from the entire tray, the Saffron Chicken accompanied by a Mantou bun dusted with Oolong Tea.
Finish off with the sweet treats: Yam and Pistachio Sponge Layer Cake, Mandarin Orange Cheesecake, Red Choux with Caramel Ganache and Forest Fruit and Seasonal Peanut and White Chocolate Biscuit.
