1. Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur

Celebrity Chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob returns to Four Seasons KL this year to bring diners on a Malaysian sojourn featuring classic and almost-forgotten recipes from different regions and communities in the country. 2. W Kuala Lumpur

Come Ramadan, Flock transforms into a lively night bazaar where stalls serve up sumptuous local fare. The team led by executive chefs Haznizam Hamzah and Suhalmi Mohammed Tasir will present traditional dishes that are the pride of their families and hometowns, in addition to fusion sushi and decadent desserts featuring local fruits.

This year, The St Regis KL is bringing back its signature culinary journey across the 13 states and federal territories of Malaysia—but with a twist. With a theme focusing on fruits, Chef Norazizi bin Taslim and his team of talented chefs have recreated iconic dishes prepared with local fruits such as umbra (kedondong), jackfruit, starfruit, lychee, and longan.

6. Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown

Drawing inspiration from ancient Silk Road and nostalgic Malay flavours, Sous Chef Meor Muhammad Syahir Meor Sahaid will be cooking up a variety of traditional and international dishes at Quan’s Kitchen. The team at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara have ambitiously prepared an iftar spread boasting the ‘Seven Wonders of Malaysia’, alluding to seven signature dishes from different regions in Malaysia.
