Using sous vide cooking techniques, The Swimming Cow aims to bring a new and specialised dining experience. The modern restaurant offers dishes such as the Den Miso Glazed Brinjal with black truffle pâté, fried lotus root, and bonito flakes; Pan Seared Sous Vide Salmon with truffle mash, sauté asparagus, and garlic lemon butter sauce; sous vide chicken thigh roulade with turkey ham and cheddar cheese; as well as the signature sous vide style Australian Wagyu MB6-7.
