How to drink Hennessy V.S when you’re not a huge fan of cognac

Cognac may seem quite traditional. It may seem you either like it or don’t, which is why you’ll be surprised to learn it works great as a cocktail. Hennessy recently introduced a pretty exciting pairing they call a “match made in cognac”: Hennessy Very Special x Ginger. The fragrant ginger’s sweet spice acts as an ideal catalyst for Hennessy Very Special’s roundness and suppleness of aromas, highlighting its bold character. Mix it up with a variety of syrups and bitter, and you’ll find a great selection of cocktails to wow your house (party) guests. Something to experiment this weekend perhaps?
