In its second year running, the British Fashion Council’s Fashion Awards was held last night at the Royal Albert Hall, where fashion’s finest from across the globe were extolled for their talent, creativity and sheer brilliance alongside throngs of A-listers. Highlights of the night include Calvin Klein’s Raf Simons taking home the Designer of the Year, Adwoa Aboah solidifying her status as the Model of the Year, and a touching tribute to the late Azzedine Alaïa; not forgetting recurring winners who upheld their accolades such as Jonathan Anderson clinched the British Designer of the Year for Womenswear along with Accessories Designer of the Year for his work at Loewe.
