February is the month when it comes to award season, and with the SAG Awards and Critics Choice Awards out of the way, this month’s all about the major ceremonies i.e. the Grammy Awards and Oscars. Tonight’s British Film Academy Awards didn’t disappoint on the red carpet front, however, with stars showing up in the standout ensembles. Emma Stone blew us away in a Chanel Haute Couture two-piece, proving that red carpet dressing doesn’t always entail a floor-length gown. The Duchess of Cambridge showed up in Alexander McQueen alongside Prince William, while Michelle Williams and Penelope Cruz came in spangled getups courtesy of Louis Vuitton and Versace respectively.
