Christian Louboutin fans, rejoice! The luxury shoe brand has finally made its debut on Malaysian shores with a boutique located at Pavilion KL. Spanning 92 square meters, the space marks the brand’s 164th boutique in the world, and the design is an homage to its very first in the Galerie Véro Dodatin in Paris. Inspired by a private boudoir, the floor is covered in a luxe red carpet, juxtaposed with velvet materials in different shades of pink on the walls at the women’s section, and men’s, in blue and green hues, paired with palm and peacock-motif fabrics that’s reminiscent of a Parisian gallery.
A step into its interior and you’ll also notice the array of luxe yet contrasting accents, from marble table tops with acrylic-tube legs to gold metal poles with rope. As Chinese New Year is around the corner, there’s no better colour to complete your auspicious ensemble than the iconic red soles—regardless of your style, from new—season shoes and accessories to exclusive styles, there’ll be something for you in-store.
