Louis Vuitton and Unicef return to help children in need with the Silver Lockit

Since the partnership in 2016, Louis Vuitton and Unicef have raised more than US$ 5 million to provide humanitarian support to children and families in urgent need using proceeds from the Silver Lockit bracelet. In 2017, the collaboration helped provide one and a half million Syrian children and their families the life-saving provision of water.

This year, the cord bracelets come in a range of fluorescent hues—neon yellow, bright orange, hot pink, cyan blue, and a neutral black. The Silver Lockit charm (inspired by the tumbler lock invented by Georges Vuitton in 1890) is a symbol protection and “sealing” one’s promise to help children in need.

Back the cause with a purchase of the Silver Lockit Fluo bracelet (or two) to help raise funds to support humanitarian programmes by Unicef  that come to the aid of more than eleven million children in Syria and its neighbouring countries by providing safe drinking water, sanitation facilities and services, food and medical care, along with clothing and blankets during the winter.

The Silver Lockit Fluo is now available in stores and retails at RM1,150. 40% will be donated to Unicef.
