On top of introducing its very own Pantone hue earlier this year, the Kate Spade Green—a vibrant, can’t-miss-it shade, honouring the brand’s heritage and identity—the renowned label has been hosting a series of brand activations worldwide.
Within the heart of our city, we have the Green Pop-Up in the Centre Court of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Shaped like a massive present wrapped deliciously in the luscious Kate Spade Green, the set-up commands attention at the very middle of the shopping mall—inviting guests to step inside and embrace the delightful spirit of an urban adventure. Other brand elements, such as graphic black and cream stripes and massive polka dots covering the floor complementing the set-up, will undoubtedly mesmerise you at every turn.
Famously known as a modern, innovative, youthful, and not to mention fun label, you know you’re in for a treat in the glorious space. Highlighting its Fall 2023 collection (which we were able to preview earlier this year in New York City), the clothes and accessories celebrate the joy of dressing in vivid colour palettes, radiating an aura of freshness. It also focuses on heritage design elements, weaving geometric patterns and unexpected details together with elegant craftsmanship.
Of course, the star of the show has to be its new brand icon, the Dakota handbag. Flaunting a sleek and understated rectangular design punctuated by a signature and sculptured logo hardware inspired by New York architecture, the Dakota reflects the brand’s playful spirit while maintaining durability and practicality.
