The COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on the fashion industry is apparent, and when it comes to fashion shows, brands have been forced to take the digital route to present their upcoming collections for the time being. While some brands such as Saint Laurent and Michael Kors have announced their decision to opt-out entirely from the fashion calendar this year, the rest of the labels below are adapting to the ‘new normal’ with live-streamed shows and film formats. 2pm Gucci After announcing that the brand will be going season-less, instead of a Cruise 2021 show, creative director Alessandro Michele has renamed it to Epilogue. The collection will be presented via live-stream, and a "visual narrative feature" will follow.

TBC Dior The runway show will be livestreamed from the Piazza del Duomo in Lecce, Puglia without a live audience. 

Spring/Summer 2021

New York Fashion Week

September 14 - 16 - The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has announced that the schedule will be shortened to three days. However, if there's enough demand, the calendar might extend to September 17.

London Fashion Week

September 18 - 22

  • Burberry will be doing a live digital presentation that's "set in the British outdoors". 

Milan Fashion Week

September 23 - 27

  • Fendi will be hosting a live, intimate co-ed Spring/Summer 2021 show from its Rome HQ which will also be live-streamed.

Paris Fashion Week

September 28 - October 6

  • Dior will be going ahead with a live show during PFW.
