“Dry lips no more! Ultra-hydrating—YES, colour—YES and shine—YES. I usually have to apply a lip oil (or balm) before or after my lipstick but this gives you the best of both worlds. Day-to-night shade I'm obsessed with: No. 62 in Fire.”

"I like 'em all—both the original and matte finishes! It doesn't dry out my lips (since it's a tinted balm) and I do love an ombré effect. It's super easy to apply and the colour glides on easily. It doesn't stay all day long, but I love how natural all the shades are so it's perfect for me."

"Great coverage, stays on forever even when I'm eating greasy food, and it doesn't bleed into my lip lines. I'm not big on matte lippies but this is one of the rare ones that doesn't result in desert-dry lips. My favourite shade is Vain—a brick red that really elevates my look."

"I like a lipstick that's versatile and can be worn a multitude of ways—layered over lip balm, with a swipe of gloss over it, a gradient finish by blending it with my fingers, or allover for a pigmented look. Can't go wrong with a red that doesn't make me look jaundiced, and 218 Volcanic is just it."

"The foolproof nude (Lolita) that hasn't failed me for years now! Liquid lipsticks tend to crumble and crack on my lips but this doesn't budge one bit. I like that it glides like gloss but leaves a matte finish. Easy to apply (I don't always use a compact mirror) and staying power is pretty impressive."

"It's a sheer matte lipstick with a natural sheen, and it's very buildable. I didn't quite like it when I first got it because it looked a lot like my natural lip colour, but it grew on me. My all-time favourite shade is Cake—a super subtle peach."

"I'm usually a lip gloss kinda girl, but when the need to apply lipstick arises, Rouge Dior in #672 Raspberry is my go-to. Besides the extremely flattering hue, the formula glides on effortlessly and is extremely moisturising (dry lips are my absolute pet peeve). Tip: I layer it with Dior Lip Glow to let the colour really pop."

"This is one of very few lipsticks that I can actually vouch for comfort and hydration. Extra points go to the unique tip (in a petal shape) that makes for an easy breezy application. Glides like a dream, stays decent but I'd rather reapply than have to deal with chapped lips."
