Tried and tested: Clé de Peau Beauté Radiant Multi Repair Oil

The past few months has seen me travelling from Europe to the US, and around Asia, all in the name of work. And while I thoroughly enjoy the perks of my job, my skin sometimes doesn’t. By the end of these back-to-back trips, my skin was dry and even using a face mist several times a day didn’t help alleviate the dryness.

Enter Clé de Peau Beauté Radiant Multi Repair Oil—this multi-use, reparative oil that you’ve read about previously is now available as part of a new facial treatment called the Soin de Beauté Intensive Facial that’s personally tailored to address different skin concerns.

I headed to the Clé de Peau Beauté counter at Parkson Pavilion literally the afternoon I touched down in KL, and was led to a cool, dim cabin for a much-needed facial. After double cleansing to remove all traces of makeup, dirt and impurities, my therapist proceeded to prep my skin with Le Serum to help awaken the skin, while plumping it up with moisture-rich nutrients. This was then followed by a softening lotion, for optimal clarity and hydration.

The next step is where the star of the treatment comes into play: the Radiant Multi Repair Oil was applied to my face, while the therapist proceeded to massage its dewy goodness into my skin. With the texture and feel of a dry oil, the Radiant Multi Repair Oil didn’t feel greasy at all. Developed with the Original Repair Oil Complex, it contains gamma-linolenic acid that provides instant moisture to the skin. Its fresh, light orchid and peony scent imparted a sense of calm and feminine elegance, which left me feeling totally blissed out. A massage cream is then applied, followed by a Translucency Mask, a peel-off mask that is left on for about 15 minutes to help seal in all the moisture that has just been delivered to the skin.

The facial finishes off with application of the Protective Fortifying Emulsion, which further moisturises the skin, and then topped off with a UV Protection cream to help shield your newly moisturised and dewy skin from UV rays and environmental aggressors.

I left the Clé de Peau Beauté with a glow on my now-hydrated face, and a bottle of the Radiant Multi Repair Oil that I will most definitely be bringing with me to my next travel destination.

The Soin de Beauté Intensive Facial with Radiant Multi Repair Oil is available at Isetan KLCC, Parkson Pavilion and Parkson Gurney Plaza, Penang. Click here for more information.
