How to get your eyes popping:
Upper lid – gently rub your fingertip on the AQMW Eye Glow Gem and slide from the edge of your lid in a left-and-right motion. Blend upwards and repeat once or twice to create gradation.
Lower lid – gently rub your fingertip on the AQMW Eye Glow Gem (a smaller area than you would for the upper lid). Look upwards and stretch the outer corner of your eyes to apply the colour on about a third of the lid.
