Fifty Tales has revealed a refreshed Cincai Dinner menu of hearty and refreshing takes on ingredients that are deemed crucial to all Chinese New Year celebrations. Available in both a la carte and set formats, the dishes honor tradition while keeping things polished and playful. The entire menu centers around the house special yee sang as well as the crowd favourite truffle Hokkien char.
