TWG hi-tea sessions and their range of exotic teas available are always something to talk about. Now, there’s even more reason to get excited. After their tea-infused pastries, there are now tea-infused ice creams and sorbets, made by the finest ingredients, to indulge in.
Inspired by a tea in the TWG Tea colleaction, there are a selection of 3 ice creams and 3 sorbets. The creamier picks include Singapore Breakfast Tea Ice Cream, with notes of rich black and green tea scattered with artisanal pain d’epices, Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream with a fragrant bouquet of the traditional Japanese tea and Earl Grey Fortune with black tea, bergamot and chocolate. If your preference leans more to the lighter sorbets, there is Pomme Prestige Tea Sorbet, with notes of black tea and Normandy apples, Silver Moon Tea Sorbet, which is green tea accented with wild berries and Lucky Tea Sorbet with a blend of black tea, green tea and silky white chocolate.
