At the heart of every home is the kitchen where the family gathers for a spot of bonding over good food and laughter. A tradition that is familiar everywhere but perhaps, more prominently in the Italian island of Sicily, nicknamed God's Kitchen where its cuisine takes pride.

In a tribute to the Sicilian culture and to spice up the kitchen even more beautifully, Dolce & Gabbana has once again teamed up with Smeg for a collection that gets our hearts aflame. Last year, they presented us with this range of cool fridges. This year, the two Italian giants have produced a range of small appliances that celebrate the richness of Sicilian traditions. This collaboration speaks of the decorative aesthetics of Sicily, which are often vibrant, picturesque and stunning.

The series 'Sicily is my Love' features toaster, juicer, coffee machine, kettle and blender adorned with colourful decorations and ornamentations. The vivid motifs include golden yellow lemons, vibrant citrus fruits and deep purple figs that were drawn based on the vast coasts and landscapes of the south Italy. Its iconic Mount Etna is also pictured on the blender where it's surrounded by delicate floral designs.
