DUBAI WATCH WEEK IN FULL SWING

Dubai Watch Week is back for its seventh edition, and it’s better than ever. Happening from 19 to 23 November 2025 at Dubai Mall, Burj Park, the watch fair draws 92 participating brands, each bringing something spectacular to the table. From the preview of Universal Genève and Gallet ahead of their relaunch next year to Audemars Piguet’s immersive House of Wonders exhibition, the event further cements itself as a crucial fixture in the horological calendar.
CARTIER OPENS NEW HIGH JEWELLERY CHAPTER

Cartier continues its exploration of refined tension with the second chapter of En Équilibre. Playing with symmetry, asymmetry, and the fascinating dynamics between these opposing elements, the Parisian house delivers seven high jewellery creations. The Cafayate necklace, in particular, stands out. Crafted in rose and yellow gold, the statement piece masterfully blends the contrasting hues of opals, coloured sapphires, and diamonds.
OMEGA DIVES DEEPER INTO PLANET OCEAN

Twenty years after its inception, Omega’s Planet Ocean remains a formidable force in the dive watch segment. The latest iteration retains signature components of its predecessor while streamlining its design details. Moulded after the Seamaster timepieces from the ‘80s and ‘90s, the seven new Co-Axial Master Chronometer models feature sharp, angular surfaces, three watch heads, and versatile bracelets or straps.
QEELIN DOES THE LION DANCE

If there is one brand that knows how to blend Eastern traditions with modern aesthetics, it’s Qeelin. Just take a look at the new Xi Xi long necklace. Finding inspiration in the fierce lion, a symbol of good fortune, the piece combines hyperrealistic design with flexible construction. The sculptural lion head here is matched with a movable jaw, each decked with gemstones like rubies and emeralds, marrying the precious with the playful.
GRAND SEIKO’S ALIVE IN TIME EXHIBITION

This festive season, Grand Seiko shines a spotlight on the inimitable artistry of Japanese watchmaking with Alive in Time. Presented in collaboration with Sincere Fine Watches, the exhibition celebrates the watchmaker’s nature-inspired timepieces, including the new SLGB003 “Ice Forest”. The watch’s standout specs include a dial that takes after the frozen birch forests. The showcase takes place at EQ Kuala Lumpur until 4 January 2026.
