Making its debut last weekend in Malaysia at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral is the first mobile, keyless entry system in the hospitality industry. Using the SPG app, hotel guests will be able to unlock their room doors with a simple tap of their smartphone. Where available, guests can even bypass the front desk by checking-in via the SPG app.
SPG Keyless marks a new development in the SPG app and we can expect another wave of upgrades to the app that will allow guests to personalise aspects of their stay and assist hotel associates in providing their signature meaningful, custom services for a memorable stay.
