A PR director by day, and yoga practitioner by early morning and night, Kuala Lumpur-based Nor Soraya considers herself a ‘byproduct of Instagram yoga’. Despite having only started pracitising yoga three years ago, this inspiring self-taught yogi has come a long way since then. As her impressive progress posts show—practice makes perfect.

This mother of two has over a million followers on Instagram, and it’s easy to see why: her incredible control and strength in practice and fun-loving posts are an inspiration to aspiring yogis and non alike. A great joy to follow, this beautiful couple is the embodiment of the mantra practice together, stay together.
