Just in: Omarion to join Mary J. Blige and more at Soulfest Asia 2015

This October 17, Soulfest Asia, the region’s hottest neo-soul, funk, hip-hop and R&B music festival, is set to hit Kuala Lumpur—no holds barred. Alongside Omarion, the festival will feature the Queen of soul and R&B, Mary J. Blige, Grammy nominated Jhene Aiko, as well as hip-hop favourites Talib Kweli and De La Soul, Joe Flizzow and his entire Kartel family, soul singer Najwa, hip-hop collective De Fam and other regional superstars.

The celebration of soul will be joined by LOL Events. Take a moment in between the sweet sounds of soul with comedy sessions at LOL@Soulfest, headlined by renowned female stand up comedian Gina Yashere and Jim Brewsky—eminently likeable, criminally charming and fearlessly hilarious. Your laugh sessions will be made that much better with local favourites Prakash Daniel, who will also be hosting the comedy sessions, Rizal Van Geyzel, and Singaporean funnyman Fakkah Fuzz.

“We’re very excited about the line-up that we’ve put together for Soulfest Asia 2015. The amazing breadth and depth of talent that we have brought together at Soulfest Asia, be it music or comedy, accurately embodies the essence of what the festival is all about—passion,” said Adib Khalid of Soulnation Asia.

Tickets are priced from RM198, available online at www.soulfestasia.com.
