Ed Sheeran dropped the sweet news on his Facebook page earlier today, adding Hong Kong, Taoyuan and Kuala Lumpur to his upcoming Asia Tour. This will mark the third time the singer-songwriter will be serenading our beloved city, and the second time he’ll be here for his ÷ Tour.
After two sold-out shows in the KL Convention Centre and Axiata Arena from his previous visits, it only makes sense for Sheeran to take it up a notch and perform at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium this time round—maybe tickets won’t be as hard to get hold of either. But who are we kidding? This is Ed Sheeran we’re talking about. If you’re already planning to cop tickets, 15 January (that’s next Tuesday!) is the date to mark on your calendar—tickets will go on sale at 10am on prworldwidelive.com and myticket.asia.
To prevent secondary ticketing, tickets sold will be personalised with the ticket purchaser’s name. At the concert venue, you may be required to provide a valid photo ID that matches the name on the ticket to gain admission.
