Experience the vibrant flavours of Mexican cuisine prepared by the true masters of Mexican food, Chef Jorge Carlos Gonzales, Executive Chef Mohan Delinganmu from The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur, La Mexicana restaurant and Fresca Mexican Kitchen & Bar. The innovative and creative reinterpretations of traditional Mexican flavours will take centre stage at the Cesar Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur for five days only. 

On his second trip to Malaysia, Chef Jorge will be demonstrating his culinary signature of using ancient ingredients in creative ways to. Having worked with high-profile restaurants in Mexico and establishing his own restaurant, Chef Jorge is an expert in constructing sophisticated dishes using th most humble Mexican ingredients. 

Diners can look forward to an incredible menu with a spread of unique, fresh and delectable dishes such as the Tacos Al-Pastor, Chile En Nogada, Chilaquiles, Sea Bass Ceviche, Steak and Chicken Tacos, and many more. Another favourite Mexican flavour that will be present is the Tequila, in the form of the Consejo Regulador del Tequila. 

As a momento for diners, the Mexican Embassy will distribute complimentary recipe books to inspire local home cooks and foodies to explore traditional Mexican flavours and the methods of cooking authentic Mexican food.
