3. Enjoy “The Blues That Make You Feel Good” with US Highbush Blueberries
If and when you’re out grocery shopping this weekend, consider picking up a pack of US Highbush Blueberries. Not only are they a good source of fibre, vitamin C, vitamin K, and manganese, they’re also very versatile for your meal preparations. Available all-year round in frozen and dried forms, you can enjoy them with oats and cereal, incorporate them into smoothies and desserts, or eat them as a healthy snack on their own.
Dried American blueberries have a long shelf-life, whereas frozen ones have a lifespan of up to 10 months in the freezer without compromising any of their nutrients or flavour. Besides ingesting them, the blueberries are also popular for DIY beauty routines as they are high in antioxidants.

There will be 10 participating bars offering a selection of Martell cocktails, with one featuring an audacious ingredient, such as ginseng, baijiu, Five Spice, and so on. Participants can order the cocktails via the virtual platform and have them delivered to their homes, or opt for Outlet Redemption to enjoy cocktails at their preferred bars in-person.
The participating bars include Bar Tailor, Concubine, G-String, Hood Bar, Jann (Four Points by Sheraton), Jio, The Dugout, The Iron Fairies, Three X Co, and Wet Deck (W Kuala Lumpur).
