7. Experience a Nobu trilogy at Nobu Kuala Lumpur, 5 & 6 July 2019

Okay, it’s not exactly this weekend but it begins on 1 July until 7 July—so it’s the perfect time to make a reservation! Next month at Nobu, there will be a special week-long dining experience to celebrate the return of Chef Hervé Courtot (Corporate Chef for EU and Middle East locations) by collaborating with Nobu Hotel Barcelona. A special Nobu Trilogy Osusume menu will be curated specifically by Chef Philip Leong (Executive Chef of Nobu KL), Chef Micheole “Chico” Anung Dator (Head Sushi Chef of Nobu KL), and Chef Hervé himself.

Dishes will be created right at the table and you can expect tantalising flavours from items such as Grilled Oyster Shiso Salsa and Caviar, Seafood Ceviche with Dragon Fruit, and Mediterranean Seabass with Truffle Ponzu.
