This weekend, why not head over to The Brasserie in St. Regis Kuala Lumpur to try out Executive Chef, Pedro Samper's new menu, which will be his take on traditional Basque cuisine. What can you expect? Fresh, seasonal ingredients that are plated to highlight exquisite ingredients. You will get to try dishes such as Txitxarro (Horse Mackerel, eggplant tartar, and potato dough), Navarra Artichokes (Aged Beef Cecina and piperrade), Basque White Asparagus (Txangurro, Osietra caviar, white asparagus curd, Brittany lobster, grilled asparagus, and mustard sauce), and Loreak (Basque flowers, passion fruit, arroz con leche, white chocolate). 3. Marvel Studios: Ten Years of Heroes Exhibition at Pavilion KL, 10am - 10pm, 28 June - 27 October 2019

It's finally here, fans of the MCU! Be transported into a multi-sensory world of the Marvel Cinematic Universe at this exhibition. There will be 10 immersive galleries chronicling the valiant adventures of your favourite superheroes. While the exhibition is only ending on 27 October, you can get a 10 percent Early Bird discount if you purchase tickets before 7 July 2019.

4. Savour En-Thai-Cing cuisines by Guest Chefs at Latest Recipe, Le Meridien KL, 28 & 29 June 2019

6. San Pedro's Night at The Majestic Malacca, 29 June 2019

7. Experience a Nobu trilogy at Nobu Kuala Lumpur, 5 & 6 July 2019

Okay, it's not exactly this weekend but it begins on 1 July until 7 July—so it's the perfect time to make a reservation! Next month at Nobu, there will be a special week-long dining experience to celebrate the return of Chef Hervé Courtot (Corporate Chef for EU and Middle East locations) by collaborating with Nobu Hotel Barcelona. A special Nobu Trilogy Osusume menu will be curated specifically by Chef Philip Leong (Executive Chef of Nobu KL), Chef Micheole “Chico” Anung Dator (Head Sushi Chef of Nobu KL), and Chef Hervé himself.

Dishes will be created right at the table and you can expect tantalising flavours from items such as Grilled Oyster Shiso Salsa and Caviar, Seafood Ceviche with Dragon Fruit, and Mediterranean Seabass with Truffle Ponzu. In addition, the Chef's Table dining experience is making a comeback and you should take this opportunity to meet the three chefs and curate your own seven-course dinner.
