Clean Bandit to perform in KL for Urbanscapes 2017

Malaysia’s longest-running creative arts festival is back for its 15th year! This time, the city of Kuala Lumpur will once again play festival site for Urbanscapes, which spans over three weekends from 5 to 21 May. And like last year, much fun will transpire at 2 Hang Kasturi as Urbanscapes House returns to set up shop at the historic building. The Bee Publika, too, will host several intimate shows.

Headlining the first phase of the Urbanscapes musical lineup is British electronic music outfit Clean Bandit, who will take the stage at KL Live on 18 May. Performing for the first time on our shores, the trio is sure to get you up on your feet with their brand of classical-meets-electronic dance music.

Meanwhile, Danish progressive rock band Mew will play at KL Live on 10 May, supported by The Trees & The While from Indonesia. Other international acts include TTNG, Mylets and Stars and Rabbits. On the local lineup for now is The Venopian Solitude, with more acts to be announced.

Stay tuned, as tickets go on sale on 10 March, with more acts to join the lineup. For more information, visit urbanscapes.com.my
