4. Nasi Lemak & Chicken Rendang Cooking Class at LokaLocal, 5pm – 7.30pm, 5 May
The former assistant of Chef Wan and an experienced chef herself, stand a chance to learn from Noor, where she’ll show you the right techniques to cooking one of our country’s famed dishes from scratch and that includes the fragrant coconut rice and sambal.
