It's easy to break open a bottle of bubbly for a special ocassion and Moët & Chandon's Moët Nectar Impérial champagne will make a dinner party or celebration just that little bit more memorable. Touted as the boldest and most unexpected of Moët & Chandon champagnes, it reflects the diversity and complementarities of three champagne grapes—40 to 50% Pinot Noir, 30 to 40% Pinot Meunier and 10 to 20% Chardonnay.
On the palate it is a succulent blend of richness and elegance, extreme creaminess and vibrant freshness (grapefruit).
Flavours of pineapple, mango, maribelle plum and apricot, coupled with the aroma of vanilla and cinnamon will immediately make this a favourite. Ideal pairings for this are spicy, sweet and sour dishes, and it is a perfect accompaniment to seafood, meat or poultry and will also bring out the nuttiness in blue cheeses and foie gras.
