Must-see: Versace’s SS18 campaign featuring supermodels from past and present

Versace’s supermodel-studded finale (featuring Carla Bruni, Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford and Helena Christensen—in case you need a refresh) during SS18 Milan Fashion Week was arguably one of the most epic show finales to date, and to keep the momentum going, Donatella Versace has rolled out its SS18 advertising campaign starring more iconic faces, old and new. Photographed by Steven Meisel, the supermodel assemble is led by Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington and Gisele Bundchen, along with some of the It-girls of the moment such as Gigi Hadid, Kaia Gerber, and Grace Elizabeth. Titled “A New School Take on Family Tradition”, each shot represents the model’s true personality, resonating with Versace’s principles which are all about “creativity, empowerment, inclusivity, and that inimitable Versace sense of daring.”

“This campaign represents the link between past and present. You need to know who you are, and where you are coming from, to build your future. And when you are at the head of a brand with such a strong heritage as mine, you can only embrace it. This is the reason why I wanted to see this iconic super model cast next to the soon-to-be-iconic girls of the future.” — Donatella Versace
