Team Buro picks their favourite bags from the Burberry Conservatory pop-up
You may have heard about the Burberry Conservatory, and now, it has finally arrived in KL—at The Gardens, Mid Valley, to be exact. The greenhouse will be travelling to different cities around the world, such as Dubai, London and Hong Kong, and it'll host a capsule collection of its latest It-accessory—the Belt bag. Available in small and medium sizes (in a rainbow palette of hues, no less), you can customise the carrier with the array of belt designs introduced. If you're looking for something extra, the Pin clutches—in equestrian knight embroidery—also comes in four limited-edition colours. Team Buro got the first-hand look at the pop-up, and we spent a fun morning in the greenhouse, with some of our favourite Burberry Belt bags (and more) from the limited edition capsule collection.
Check out how the team paired the Burberry bag of their choice with their personal style:
"Regardless of the occasion, I'd always like to finish off my everyday look with a polished flair, and you can always count on blazers for a chic day-to-night get-up. Although my wardrobe is filled with safer hues, my accessories closet is a different story—as seen from my outfit here. Aside from the matching colour (how pretty is the yellow?), I think the small Belt bag is just the right size—it has room for all your knick-knacks without looking overly bulky. To personalise it further, I have my eyes on the dusty pink belt that'll maximise its girly factor, for sure." — Joan Kong, Senior Fashion Writer
"My style can be surmised as feminine yet understated—I am usually drawn to wardrobe staples in a muted colour palette, along with silhouettes that are quietly subtle, yet impervious to seasonal trends. But when the occasion calls for it, a pair of heels is what I'd swap into to up the ante, replete with a bag that speaks volumes. The Burberry Belt Bag is all of that and more. It checks all the right boxes in my bag must-have list: roomy, supple, yet chic enough to be toted for all occasions." — Loh Wei Yeen, Senior Fashion & Beauty Writer
"Neutral colours, denim and relaxed silhouettes are mainstays in my wardrobe for (predictable maybe, but) good reason—two words: comfort, versatility. Putting together an outfit in the morning is that much easier, and it gives me more room to play around with accessories too. A statement piece like the Burberry Pin Clutch in red is perfect for adding a pop of colour to a monochrome ensemble, and I love how it puts a contemporary spin on tradition with the oversized archival kilt pin." — Tan Su Fen, Senior Writer
