CH Carolina Herrera releases a new Insignia bag for the year. This 2018, the brand is inspired by the famed British monarch, Queen Victoria and aims to honour all powerful women. The updated insignia is similar to last year’s with its rotated angle but is cropped in the centre to produce a more abstract version of the logo design.
The collection sees four silhouettes—a top handle bag with leather straps in medium and large, a rectangle crossbody with a sleek metal chain and a slim clutch. Constructed from Ylang napa and Sabina leather from Spanish tanneries in pastel shades of powder blue and baby pink as well as neutrals eggshell white and ebony. The choice in palette were inspired by the colour progression of the different stamps printed with the figure of Queen Victoria. We love how the new embossed logo adds a beautiful touch to the easy-to-wear colours.
