Love Alarm Season Two Netflix

After a really long wait (about a year), fans of the first season of Love Alarm will finally be able to catch the sophomore outing of the hit Korean series. Season One of Love Alarm premiered on 22 August 2019 with eight episodes—centred around an app of the same name that rings when someone you like is within 10 metres of you (the interests have to be mutual).

The main cast of Love Alarm includes Kim So Hyun as Kim Jo Jo, Jung Ga Ram as Lee Hye Yeong, and Song Kang as Hwang Sun Oh. Available on both Netflix and tvN, the Korean romantic comedy was directed by Lee Na Jung (Fight For My Way and Oh My Venus). It was written by both Lee Ah Yeon and Seo Bo Ra; they collaborated on Coffee, Do Me A Favour.

The wait is over with the sequel scheduled to air on 22 August 2020. Love Alarm Two will also consist of eight episodes—with the main trio returning. Also returning are the director and screenwriters from the debut season. Based on a popular webtoon by Chon Kye Young, the second season will continue from Season One’s ultimate cliffhanger. Kim Jo Jo now has two love interests but she has yet decide between Hwang Sun Oh and Lee Hye Yeong. Season Two will probably focus on the love triangle.
