Chloé has a new nomadic-inspired fragrance and it smells absolutely divine

If you’re a staunch fan of Chloé’s bestselling range of fragrances (the iconic Eau de Parfum is our favourite, by the way), you’d love what the brand is offering next month. Introducing Chloé Nomade, the new fragrance that defines the spirit of the French fashion house and the vision of its founder, Gaby Aghion. Made for the free-spirited woman who embraces her independence and need for escape, the fragrance draws upon a narrative that is decked with new horizons and a fresh outlook in life.

Perfumer Quentin Bisch wanted to create a harmonious fragrance that combines the traits of softness and strength. What transpired is  a wonderful floral chypre that isn’t your typical flowery scent, with notes of intense oak moss pared back with the sweetness of mirabelle plum and the freshness of freesia. The fragrance is encased in a round glass bottle that’s sealed with a pink suede knot — a pretty addition to any fragrance shelf.

Fronting Chloé Nomade’s campaign short is London-based French actress Ariane Labed. Directed by Fleur Fortuné in Rajasthan, the film sees Labed starring as the nomad woman who embodies the very notion of liberty, soaking up the sun rays as she traverses across the vast desert landscape. Below, watch the exclusive behind-the-scenes video of the film campaign:

Chloé Nomade will be available in departmental stores this March.
