Karlie Kloss is the new brand ambassador for Estée Lauder

It’s hard to believe that American (fashion) sweetheart Karlie Kloss has been in the industry for more than a decade now, what with her inimitable gait and classic good looks. More than a supermodel, Kloss is also a philanthrophist and entrepreneur, helming her production house Klossy Productions and charitable initiative Kode with Klossy that empowers girls to learn to code via scholarships and coding camps. Just recently, the model is adding another role under her belt — joining Estée Lauder as the official global ambassador, alongside her peers from the industry such as Joan Smalls, Kendall Jenner, and Fei Fei Sun.

“It’s a dream come true. It really is. My entire career, having a beauty contract has been at the top of my bucket list … It’s surreal, and I’m really grateful and excited. I’m so honoured to be a part of a brand with such a rich legacy. Estée Lauder is the creme de la creme!” says Kloss regarding her new role. “The advertising images are iconic — but being a part of Estée Lauder to me means so much more. I am so inspired by what this company stands for. Kloss was previously a spokesperson for L’Oreal in 2014. Watch out for her first campaign for Estée Lauder that will be launched this July online and in stores.
