The annual two-week long festival honours the best in the film industry, and every year, celebrities gather at the charming city on the French Riviera to show off their glitziest ensembles as they celebrate this 71-year tradition. This time around, A-listers turned the heat up on the red carpet, bringing their best in spangled gowns and elaborate hair and makeup.

Festival beauty has got nothing on Cannes, and celebs are testament to that this past week with looks ranging from chic to edgy.
