Dior Unveils Its Latest Pop-Up at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur 

Dior brings a touch of Versailles to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur with a new pop-up celebrating the arrival of Dioriviera and the Autumn 2026 collection. Inspired by Christian Dior’s admiration for the historic palace, the space is transformed in soft blue and green tones with elegant mouldings, herringbone flooring and whimsical details, including handcrafted glass and ceramic cakes that add a playful touch. Inside, guests can explore the latest pieces, from the reimagined Lady Dior with delicate button embroidery to colourful trainers and playful bag charms. The pop-up runs until 7 August 2026.

Fendi’s Baguette enters a new chapter as Maria Grazia Chiuri revisits the legendary handbag, returning it to its original silhouette and style code 26424. The relaunch celebrates the bag’s legacy while introducing a new campaign centred on personal style and self-expression, featuring a cast of global talents including Bang Chan, Song Yuqi, Ren Meguro and MINA. A nod to its cultural legacy, the campaign also recalls the iconic “it’s not a bag, it’s a Baguette” moment associated with Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City.

Bottega Veneta looks beyond leather to explore the art of weaving with ‘Weaving Matter and Memory’ at Bangkok Kunsthalle. Bringing together four Thai artists—Jakkai Siributr, Imhathai Suwatthanasilp, Supawich Weesapen and Teerapon Sisung—the exhibition traces how a centuries-old craft can become a canvas for memory, identity and contemporary storytelling. Curated by Somsuda Piamsumrit, the showcase takes inspiration from Intreccio, Bottega Veneta’s signature leather weave, marking the house’s first collaboration with the Khao Yai Art Foundation and Bangkok Kunsthalle. The exhibition is open until 5 July.

 

Ferragamo Returns with a New Boutique Concept

Ferragamo has reopened its boutique at The Gardens Mall, marking a renewed presence for the house in Malaysia with a space that reflects its updated design direction. Located on the ground floor, the boutique showcases the full range of women’s and men’s collections, spanning footwear, leather goods, eyewear and fragrances. The interiors draw on its Italian design heritage while embracing a more contemporary visual language. Light stone flooring anchors the space, while a custom green carpet introduces subtle graphic movement. Across the boutique, cork wallpaper finished in resin, matte wood shelving, and textured Marmorino surfaces build a layered material narrative, softened by rounded seating and display forms.
