This weekend, enjoy a one-star Michelin menu thanks to a guest chef from France or learn how to make the 'Legendary Laksa'

1. Pop-up Michelin Dining Series with Guest Chef Alexy Fuchs at Mezze Bar & Bistro, Medan Damansara, 6.30pm - 11.30pm, 6 - 12 August

Coming all the way from his one-star Michelin restaurant Le Gavroche in Strasbourg, France, Chef Alexy Fuchs will be in town as a guest chef in Mezzo Bistro's kitchen, serving a tantalising 6-course dinner of modern classic cuisine. 

The 6-course meal is priced at RM280++ per person and it is recommended to make a reservation beforehand. For more information, visit their website.

2. The Legendary Laksa Cooking Class by Chef Naim at Southern Rock Seafood, Bangsar, 10.30am, 6 August

The cooking demonstration will be followed by a 3-course set lunch (complete with a glass of wine) but if the title is new to you, the 'Legendary Laksa' is Chef Naim of Southern Rock Seafood's unique twist to the classic favourite served with fresh mussels. Learn how to make this amazing dish at home and go home with a happy tummy, the recipe and a jar of the laksa paste. 

The class is priced at RM143 per person when you book online via the Southern Rock Seafood website.


3. Body Weight Conditioning Community Class at lululemon athletics Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar, 9.30am - 10.30am, 6 August

Coach Andrew Kwan, who is incidentally the co-founder of Revelation Republic, will be leading a body weight conditioning class hosted by lululemon this Saturday. Just remember to bring a towel and a water bottle.

4. Sunset Yoga to Live Guitar Fundraiser event under a dome at Xero Gravity Rock Climbing Gym, Petaling Jaya, 6pm - 7.45pm, 7 August

Organica Lifestyle's Cynthia is back with her weekly outdoor Sunday Sunset Yoga classes but this time, the flow will be accompanied by the soothing tunes of the talented Ray Cheong, and a few songs featuring Hannah Lo. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Achievers Academy, which helps 93 refugee students from countries such as Afghanistan, Iran and Pakistan.
