Working out doesn’t have to be difficult - just five minutes a day could make a difference

If you're a #fitnessjunkie, this post is most likely not for you. This post is for the people who doesn't fancy exercising outside in the heat (the weather is a legit reason), can't find the time to work out in their busy everyday schedules (it's the truth!) or feel uncomfortable with doing workouts in a group of strangers/friends (it's intimidating!). (This particular writer knows how that feels like.) Luckily, there are 5-minute workouts that we can all do in the comforts of our own home. 


1. 5-Minute Fat Attack by blogilates

Featuring squats, jumps and lunges with no equipment needed. 


2. 5 minutes of Crossfit by XHIT

You'll need a medicine ball for this, but otherwise, the moves are pretty straightforward.


3. 5-Minute Flat Belly Ab Workout by Popsugar Fitness

Aiming for a flat tummy? Start working towards it with this quick and simple workout.


4. Shaun T's 5-Minute Butt-Blasting Workout 

Tone up that booty with a little dance-like routine.
