The steaks are high at Marble 8 as their Valentine’s Day menu offer a mouthwatering fare of Black Angus Beef Carpaccio with Parmesan Cheese Fondue, Arugula Aioli & Shaved Truffles, Dry-Aged Wagyu Sirloin and Grilled Lamp Lollipops with Pistachio Crust.
