Blackpink Jennie has added ‘fashion designer’ to her résumé. After teasing her Instagram followers about her collaboration with South Korean eyewear brand, Gentle Monster back in May last year, the K-pop star has finally unveiled the collection, and it’s now available on the label’s website. Taking inspiration from Jennie’s childhood memories and the dollhouses she played with when she was young, the capsule line is titled ‘Jentle Home’ and is filled with ‘90s design references.
Shot by renowned photographer Hugo Comte, the campaign images feature the 24-year-old—and her clones—lounging around in different luxurious rooms in the eyewear from the ‘Jentle Home’ collection, which includes tinted sunnies to oversized and transparent frames. To tune up the style factor that Jennie’s known for, a special accessory line featuring detachable chains—that are hot right now—are perfect for those who are all for making a statement. You can also find optical glasses in the line-up—take your pick from the two sleek metal specs available.
