Every year, the Tony Awards recognises excellence in Broadway with accolades bestowed to the theatre’s cream of the crop. This year, show attendees and nominees congregated at the Radio City Music Hall’s iconic Art Deco theater, decked to the nines in an array of floral/embellished gowns and dapper suits.
A handful of stars went down the girly route, with Tavi Gevinson in a pink Zac Posen frock, Carey Mulligan in a boho-chic Giambattista Valli ensemble, and Condola Rashad in a voluminous Carolina Herrera gown. But our favourites? Kerry Washington is a seriously cool Atelier Versace getup with a matching train, Tina Fey in a chic, feathery confection from Thom Browne, and Andrew Garfield in a slick, Tom Ford suit.
